Prior to the FIFA U-17 World Cup held in Jordan in October 2016 DISCOVER FOOTBALL (Berlin) and GIRLS FOOTBALL ACADEMY (Beirut) want to show that football is for everyone. The Festival celebrates the power of football by showing exciting matches between professional women's football teams from the Arab region and beyond. Football is more than a game: It's a platform for sharing stories, discussing women's rights, challenging gender stereotypes and start taking action.
