Leadership of Women

Valerie and I were thrilled to be invited to Uganda's capital Kampala. VITAL VOICES was hosting a South-to-South meeting of their fellows, women in leadership positions from the southern half of the globe. We made short video vignettes with some women, catching their thoughts on film. This is a short collection of ideas why women should be set in leadership positions.
