Ever since I heard about this fascinating film, I wanted to edit it. The Gaza Strip, encircled between Egypt and Israel, has been overshadowed for decades by the permanent threat of war and violence. Hardly anyone gets out of the area, and a fence prevents resident Palestinians from moving freely. In the midst of all this, a lucky few defy political circumstance and surf.
